What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the oversight of email, medium and large single or multi-site customer contract operations on a day-to-day basis. You will provide leadership (planning, scheduling, coordinating, assigning) and oversight using the O&M techniques to ensure that all the contract terms, conditions, requirements are met in a technically appropriate and cost-effective manner. Oversight mediums to large single customer operations on a day-to-day basis running commercial/water applications: mainly cooling or steam generation.
Processes oversight: Cooling tower, close loop, boiler.
Responsible to ensure that assigned O&M projects are managed effectively and comply with contractual obligations; maintain compliance and profitability requirements.
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationship with sales force management and customers; work with Regional Managers to meet the day-to-day O&M requirements.
Plan develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency meant meet the agreed contractual performance standards for each project under their control.
Utilizing your expert knowledge, coupled with your influencing skills, you will seek out opportunities for growth.
To Be Successful, You Will Need
- 3–5 years’ experience in the operations, chemistry and maintenance of water systems.
- 2–5 years’ experience as managing / supervisor is required.
- Experience in managing multi-site or operations.
- Associates degree or higher is experience in water chemistry and applications.
- Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
- Availability to work full-time on site in the Mons area.
