The Territory Representative opportunity delivers a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation program developed specifically for the QSR industry, partnering with our customers to identify cleaning & sanitation opportunities and help make their environments Cleaner, Safer, and Healthier. The Territory Representatives manage a territory of customers in the quick service restaurant sector and are responsible for the following:
Growing sales and retaining existing customers by providing service excellence
Gaining new sales through new products and new customers
Maintenance of our equipment systems utilized within customer locations such as dispensing systems and commercial dishmachines,
Providing customers with feedback and training on cleaning and sanitation through high quality surveys

What You Will Do:
Complete Value Visit surveys based on the customer’s required visit frequency (semi-annual, annual, or quarterly) and provide feedback & coaching
Facilitate the sale of Ecolab products by making suggestions for improvements with existing products and new innovations
Install and maintain equipment and collateral to ensure proper function and appearance
Complete the Serv-Safe and CP-FS training and become certified
Develop and enhance existing relationships with customers while working independently and maintaining your own schedule
Position Details: This is a field-based position and will require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas:
Territory: Vancouver Island, Powell River and the surrounding areas
Overnight Travel: Up to 20%
Weekend Rotation: Rotating weekend coverage based on customer needs (typically once every 11 weeks) to cover emergency calls.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma. Post-secondary education preferred. New graduates welcome!
1-2 years of food industry experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Availability to provide emergency call assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
No Immigration Sponsorship available
Physical Demands: Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation for a potential new employee such as education, training, experience, work location, travel (if required), etc.
