As an Anti-Corruption Compliance & Commercial Contracts Coordinator, you will be responsible for the running and gradual centralization of the European Third-Party-Intermediary (TPI) due-diligence processes to our Cracow localization. You will have the opportunity to cooperate with different people across Europe and co-create standardization of the process.

What You’ll Do:

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for managing due diligence processes for Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) who act on our behalf. Using our third-party platform, Diligent, your daily tasks will include:

  • Handling incoming requests for onboarding new TPIs and processing renewals,
  • Coordinating the distribution, collection, and secure uploading of essential documents into our Securimate repository.
  • Engaging proactively with internal business representatives and occasionally customers to ensure smooth progress.
  • Monitoring the status of due diligence exercises and sending formal reminders in partnership with business leaders.
  • Supporting deal administration and maintaining accurate customer contract databases.
  • Consolidating data for reporting purposes and assisting with related projects.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues across various departments within the company.
  • Conducting regular meetings with administrative teams across Europe to share updates and best practices.
  • Presenting progress reports and key insights during internal meetings.

What You Will Need:

  • Fluent English
  • One other leading European language (German/French/Italian) will be a plus
  • Undergraduate degree, preferred in business, administration, finance, law or related field
  • 3+ years of business administration, financial processes, or compliance experience
  • Working experience with internet platforms / web-based tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Excel is a must)
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a multinational environment
  • Ability to handle processes and drive process improvements independently
