PPC Pricing Strategy Manager EU and International Markets

The Pricing Strategy Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic pricing frameworks across Ecolab’s Pharma & Personal Care division in Europe and International Markets. This role is critical to ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and pricing governance in a rapidly globalising and consolidating market. The role will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to implement value-based pricing strategies and drive pricing excellence.
What You Will Do:
- Design and implement a comprehensive pricing framework including governance, policies, processes, and tactical guidelines for the commercial organization.
- Develop value-based pricing strategies across the full product lifecycle—from launch to phase-out—ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Establish and execute a competitive pricing process that supports strategic decision-making and is aligned across global, regional, and local levels.
- Oversee channel pricing setting and manage change processes across EU/AP distributor networks.
- Own implementation of Annual Price Increase campaigns including argumentation, training, tracking, and reporting.
- Establish and maintain a strategic pricing hierarchy with ongoing review mechanisms to retain business and address market consolidation and global account strategies
- Develop and maintain a standardized reporting system to enable exhaustive pricing analysis.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated into broader business plans.
- Work across all PPC product portfolios including chemical and equipment ranges

What You Will Need:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize, interpret complex data and provide actionable insights into broader themes and trends
- Advanced Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Experience with pricing software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Prior experience in pricing, finance, or strategy roles.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office products, SAP, PowerBI
- Proven ability to work across functions, influencing and collaborating
