About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant Apprentice to provide dedicated support to our Executives and Leadership Team. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of executive tasks, complex travel arrangements, and key projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted partner to the Executives and Leadership Team
Coordinate and manage complex business travel arrangements
Track expenses, process invoices, and ensure accuracy in financial documentation
Prepare presentations and assist in the organization of internal and external meetings
Maintain and organize documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Organize and prioritize executive tasks to ensure timely completion of deadlines
Plan and execute impactful Leadership Team events
Proactively identify and solve challenges to enhance organizational efficiency
Manage internal communications, including drafting organizational announcements
Minimum Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor or Master's degree
Fluency in English: Proficiency at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills: exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trust and interact confidently with high-profile individuals.
Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy in all tasks,
Problem-Solving Mindset: Anticipates needs and proactively addresses issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Previous experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a large and complex matrix organization.
Familiarity with tools such as Concur for expense and travel management
