Junior Master Data Specialist

Ecolab is seeking a Junior Master Data Specialist to handle all internal inbound requests for the MD maintenance. You will work to provide high level service to our internal customers and execute the tasks in accordance with MD policies to ensure the accuracy and quality of MD objects and structures. In this role, you will be part of the Global Master Data team which is responsible for the efficient and effective management of Ecolab’s master data assets.
What You Will Do:
- Work with different requestors: divisions, finance, supply chain
- Maintain different Master Data objects in like: Pricing Hierarchies, Organization Model, Non-Physical Products, Bank Keys, Cost Centers, GL Accounts and IC Accounts
- Extract data and create reports containing MD objects (SE16N, SQVI)
- Perform mass data uploads using different tools (LSMW, Winshuttle)
- Execute operational activities within different systems like EBS/NSAP, SAM, MDM
- Support global EBS deployments (data validations and loads)
What You Will Need:
- Graduate degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or in a related field
- Experience in Master Data will be an asset
- Experience in the SAP system will be an asset
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Good communication and cooperation skills
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook)
