As a hotel mystery guest, you will visit hotels and assess their brand requirements, cleanliness, condition, and overall experience. Your knowledge and feedback help hotels improve and ensure exceptional service for guests. It’s an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy travel, independence, and making a difference!

Responsibilities:

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulously evaluate hotel aspects, from room cleanliness to staff interactions.

  • Accurate Assessments: Develop detailed and consistent evaluations and concise written reports.

  • Timeliness: Meet assessment deadlines efficiently.

  • Client Relations: Build positive relationships with property executives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Familiar with hotel operations and management

  • Full work permit in Germany: No visa sponsorship

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in German (additional languages are a plus)

  • Independence: Ability to work autonomously, meet strict deadlines, and manage stress effectively

  • Location: Based in a major city with good transport connections

  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Valid Passport and Driving License: Required for travel in Germany

  • Time Commitment: Willing to travel. Available to work from Monday to Friday, approximately 3 weeks per month.

This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis; you can contract directly as an individual or through your own company.
