We are looking for talented individuals to join us in the role of Senior Financial Analyst based in Santa Fe, Ciudad de México.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Tax and corporate compliance management for all Mexico entities, including VAT and withholding tax, Income Tax returns and Transfer Pricing documentation, proactive FBT management to drive savings, preparation of Financial Statements, external audit management, and maintenance of board minutes and regulatory filings.

  • Monthly accounting for all Mexico entities: maintain General Ledger (GL) systems; coordinate with GBS teams to manage balance sheet accuracy; lead the Fixed Assets process, including CapEx vs. budget tracking; ensure journals and reconciliations are completed with proper documentation in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and complete Mexican GAAP (NIF) reporting; ensure month‑end close is timely and accurate; perform account reconciliations.

  • Payroll leadership: monitor payroll records; ensure payrolls are processed accurately and on time; ensure payroll accounting and regulatory payments are complete.

  • Financial services leadership: lead Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billings, and Master Data teams to deliver end‑to‑end financial support.

  • Standardization and continuous improvement: drive best‑practice adoption and process efficiencies across the controllership function.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 7+ years of experience in finance/controllership roles.

  • Strong capability managing ERP systems (SAP); CONTPAQi preferred; ability to manage complex data sets while delivering summarized business outcomes with detailed analytical support.

  • Experience working with Shared Service Centers (GBS) and operating effectively within matrix organizations.

  • Core competencies: attention to detail, managing through complexity, prioritization and multitasking, versatility (from strategic tax topics to hands‑on month‑end close), effective communication with teams, leadership, auditors and tax advisors, continuous learning mindset, and strong business and commercial acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tax experience.

  • Power BI experience for analysis and reporting.

  • Experience working in regional or matrixed organizations.

Position Details:

  • Location: Mexico City – Santa Fe.

  • Work schedule: 48 hours per week.
