Ecolab is seeking a Customer Service Agent I to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Customer Service Associate – Logistics Safety (Bluetooth Lock Support) plays a critical role in advancing Ecolab’s commitment to field safety. This position serves as a dedicated point of contact for Bluetooth lock activation calls, supporting Logistics Safety initiatives by assisting Ecolab’s Customer Delivery Specialist (CDS) and Ecolab’s Account Managers with a simple, guided lock activation process.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Safety & Bluetooth Lock Support

  • Serve as the primary responder for inbound and outbound calls related to Bluetooth lock activations.

  • Perform lock activation, troubleshooting, and validation using approved safety systems (e.g. SAP and related platforms)

  • Guide callers through a standardized Bluetooth lock activation process, ensuring safety requirements are met before completion.

  • Provide calm, clear, and professional support while efficiently handling inbound Bluetooth lock activation calls.

  • Validate required information and reference internal systems (e.g. SAP, where applicable) to support lock activation.

  • Escalate nonstandard issues, technical failures, or safety concerns to the Logistics Safety team following established protocols.

  • Document calls, outcomes, and exceptions accurately to support safety tracking and continuous improvement.

  • Act as an extension of the Logistics Safety team, reinforcing safe work practices through every interaction.

  • Deliver highquality customer service consistent with Logistics Safety standards and performance expectations.

  • Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and crossfunctional partners to support operational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in safety operations, customer support, logistics support, or regulated environments

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

  • Comfort working in multiple systems and documenting work accurately

  • Ability to remain calm and decisive in safetysensitive situations

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Reliable, calm, and professional demeanor, when supporting field personnel.

  • This role supports dedicated Bluetooth lock activation call volume and is distinct from traditional CSR queues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting logistics, safety, or operational teams.

  • Familiarity with internal enterprise systems (e.g. SAP) or similar tools.

  • Demonstrated interest in safety, compliance, or operational excellence.

  • Experience working in a structured callrouting or escalation environment.
