Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating exhibitions, conferences, and regional events.

  • Support event preparation, including logistics, materials, and on-site coordination.

  • Contribute to brand communication activities such as drafting content, preparing presentations, and updating marketing collateral.

  • Help manage digital communication channels (social media, newsletters, internal platforms).

  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to support campaign development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.

Job Requirements:

  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Medical Science, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Interest in the life sciences industry is preferred but not required.
