Ecolab QSR is Ecolab´s Quick Service Restaurant division. For this fast-paced industry with a high employee turnover, heavy foot traffic and multiple language requirements, it can be difficult to maintain high cleaning and sanitation standards. We help our customers with our approach that includes customized programs, multilingual training, innovative products and dispensing systems, and unmatched field service support.
We are currently looking for a
Working Student (f/m/d) Marketing (20h per week)
based in Monheim am Rhein
As a Working Student in QSR Marketing, you will support the marketing team in day-to-day activities and ongoing projects across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business. This role offers hands-on exposure to a fast-paced, international marketing environment and the opportunity to learn how marketing works within a matrix organisation.
You will work closely with marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners, contributing to real business topics while building practical skills.
Your Responsibilities
General support of the QSR Europe Marketing team including end-to-end product setup administration, product specification maintenance, and creation of product specification documents
Coordination of product and training content creation for internal and external customers
Work with data, trackers, and reports with a high attention to detail
Coordinate inputs from different stakeholders and help keep projects on track
Support internal communication and documentation across the organisation
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through independently
Your Profile
Enrolled student in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or a comparable field, preferably in a Master’s program
First practical experiences through internships or working student activities in relevant areas (e.g. project management, marketing support)
Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
Analytical thinking as well as profound communication skills and an engaging personality
Excellent computer skills (especially in MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe is a plus)
Excellent knowledge of oral and written English, additional languages are of benefit
