Business Process Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with business analysts and other business-facing partners to identify and define technical and data requirements.
- Translate requirements into high-level technical designs that serve as inputs into solution development.
- Lead the configuration, setup, testing, training, and implementations.
- Collaborate with the development team to communicate business and technical requirements
- Provide implementation guidance.
- Partner with the development team to brainstorm, analyze and recommend solutions that provide new features and functionality.
- Participate in all aspects of the agile/scrum development process.
- Support test and production deployments to ensure delivery of a high-quality product.
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate with representatives, business partners, and other stakeholders
- Involve daily in complex business problem resolution requiring higher-level critical thinking.
- Own Strategic Analysis Responsibilities
- Closely work with the business/product and architects and drive design decisions
- Drive various data-driven decision (KPIs, User feedback, BI reports, etc.) on the product
- Drive the team effort to effectively solve business problems
- In-depth analysis of all business requirements and derive appropriate user and data flows, represented with flow charts and diagrams along with effective stories written in requirement management tool (Azure DevOps)
- Recommend enhancements in systems to improve efficiency and reduce the cost of the operations.
- Coordinate with Product Owners and businesses to provide resolutions for the complex business use cases
- Streamline the product requirements and plan changes in the requirements to support a seamless development cycle
- Take accountability for the successful delivery of the project in all the aspects
- Able to Monitor sprint progress and support the team as required
- Identify dependencies, risk and track is transparently in the tool
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow effective communication with both business and technical resources
- Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills
- Minimum 4 years working as an IT business or technical analyst
- Minimum 2 years working on an agile development team
- Ability to breakdown any business needs into user story components
- Negotiate the scope of the product through business understanding
- Experience in analyzing multi-dimensional data sets to derive design decisions
- Should be able to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables
- Ability to independently plan and execute deliveries
- Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements
- Experience in SQL
- Experience in at least one programming language (C#, Java, etc.)
- Should effectively facilitate meetings, brainstorm ideas with the business as well as Development team to derive flawless requirements
- Experience working with developers
- Experience with Cloud Solutions like Azure, AWS, etc.
- Excellent ability to write details and acceptance criteria for the User Stories with appropriate context.
- Expertise to write Technical Stories to give system and architectural context User requirement
- Help simplify acceptance tests to automate tests.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Azure DevOps tool
- Experience SQL Server (MS-SQL, T-SQL), SSIS
