The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and systems in a fast‑paced HR environment — consistent with typical enterprise expectations (e.g., training admin, reporting, and process support functions).

Key Responsibilities

Talent Process Execution & Coordination

  • Support annual talent cycles (Performance, Potential, Development, Succession), including scheduling, logistics, follow‑ups, and maintaining process documentation.
  • Coordinate and support calls, live training, and working sessions with Talent Partners and HR teams to ensure clarity, readiness, and process compliance.

Training Materials & Communication

  • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and resources related to talent assessment, succession, calibration, and performance review processes.
  • Prepare and distribute communications and toolkits for managers and HR partners during talent cycles — aligned with best practices in communications planning at scale (e.g., communications plan partnership and deliverables).
  • Maintain SharePoint and MyEcolab with updated talent management documentation, knowledge content and process guides.

Systems, Reporting & Troubleshooting

  • Partner with COEs (Data Analytics, HRIS, GBS/HRSD) to troubleshoot reporting, dashboard, and WD system issues related to talent processes.
  • Run recurring talent process reports and compile insights for Talent COE and HR leadership.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Maintain SOPs, process maps, job aids, and workflow documentation to ensure process consistency.
  • Track SLA compliance and operational metrics for core TM processes.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across Talent COE, including global programs, process improvements, technology pilots, and talent data readiness initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field — widely preferred in external benchmarks.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, talent management, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SharePoint, Visier).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create clean, clear training materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience or demonstrated interest in using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to simplify and automate routine tasks such as documentation, communications, scheduling, reporting, and process support.
  • Interest in leveraging technology and automation to continuously improve HR operations and talent processes.
  • Experience supporting enterprise HR cycles (performance, talent review, assessments, succession).
  • Exposure to data analysis or HR reporting.
  • Familiarity with Workday and MyEcolab.
