Business developement Manager - Animal Health

Responsibility:
• Responsible for sales growth and strategic planning and implementing sales to Key Accounts in the Animal Health business
• Will require strong key account management capabilities, including crafting robust account plans that coordinate regional and technical resources.
• He or She serves their customers as a product and industry counselors who support customer organizational objectives regarding farm biosecurity, safety, quality, and operations.
• Drive sales process at customers as required by direct customer interaction (e.g. visits, customer workshops training)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales Growth
• Technical knowledge in poultry farm and swine management
• Key account management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Veterinarian science or animal science
• At least 5 years of managing large and complex Key Accounts in animal health business/poultry farm management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• Leadership (manage without direct authority)
• Strong relationship/trust-building capabilities
• Key Account management skills
• Project management skills
• Ability to work in and across international teams.
• Good command of English
• Able to travel and working
