The Procurement Finance Senior Manager is a key member of the Procurement Finance organization, serving as a commercial finance partner to Procurement leadership. This role mirrors Commercial Finance in mindset and rigor, with a primary focus on value creation, savings delivery, pricing and market intelligence, and decision support. The role acts as a co-pilot to Procurement and Division leaders, enabling decisions through robust savings analytics, planning, pricing and commodity insights, and forward-looking market insights.

How you'll make an impact:

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to Global and Regional Procurement leaders.

  • Translate procurement strategies into clear financial impact including P&L, cash flow.

  • Proactively identify and support analytics for value creation opportunities.

Savings Management & Analytics

  • Own financial governance of the procurement savings pipeline including validation.

  • Develop savings analytics to support sourcing, strategic projects, and executive reviews.

  • Partner with FP&A to ensure savings are reflected in forecasts and plans.

Pricing, Commodity & Market Insights

  • Partner with divisions on pricing need and market intelligence for key raw materials.

  • Provide forward-looking insights on commodity trends and inflationary pressures.

Financial Modeling & Decision Support

  • Build financial models to support RFPs, sourcing decisions, and contract structures.

  • Support scenario modeling, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • 6–8 years of progressive finance experience.

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • Proven business partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in Commercial Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain Finance.

  • Experience working across global or regional teams.

  • Beginner’s mindset for continuous improvement with an eye for Digitization
