Ecolab is seeking an HRSD Specialist to be a part of the US HRSD Tier – 1 team. The position will be primarily responsible for the administration of employee lifecycle changes and HR queries. This role will provide administrative support to our Ecolab US Associates, Managers and HR Partners, providing accurate information and responses to the employee queries through tickets and execute business processes on Workday.

Responsibilities:

  • Process employee lifecycle events in Workday such as promotions, transfers, compensation changes, and personal data updates.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Workday HCM.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries via HRSD case management tools integrated with Workday.

  • Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and system navigation.

  • Collaborate with COE teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Workday Ops, Talent Acquisition for upstream and downstream processes to ensure comprehensive support to the employee queries/data changes.

  • Ensure adherence to state laws in the US, organizational policies, and data privacy standards.

  • Manage tickets and prioritize tasks to ensure that we support and provide a high level of service to our stakeholders.

Basic Requirements: • Strong aptitude for technology • Exceptional interpersonal skills, customer focus and service orientation • Experience in Workday HCM and Service Now

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Workday HCM, HR Admin and HRSS Support.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and maintain adherence and compliance.

• Strong focus providing consistent and measurable service, and driving high standards of response to customer support requests

• Proven expertise to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy as an individual contributor.

• Highly developed oral and written communication skills
