Our Food & Beverage (F&B) division helps increase and optimize food quality and plant productivity through innovative solutions in cleaning and disinfection for dairy, meat, poultry, beverage, brewery, fresh produce and other food producers.

We are looking for a commercially strong Account Manager with a technical flair, to join our team. You will be responsible for representing Ecolab's unique and strong hygiene solutions in our Food & Beverage market.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and tailor hygiene service solutions based on customer needs with Safe Food and Quality in focus.
  • Follow up and execute on hygiene projects.
  • Process control related to CIP, including optimization of existing and new facilities.
  • Build relationships with new and existing customers, identify and influence decision makers.
  • Identify new opportunities during hygiene service activities.
  • Document performed work and coordinate hygiene service activities with the different departments internally.
  • Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements.
  • Extensive travelling (> 50%) within the country is expected.

Location: As the customers are spread throughout the country, the position can be filled anywhere in Norway.

Qualifications:

  • Education within dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry or related field is preferred.
  • Min. 5 years of experience from the food or beverage industry.
  • Solid experience in hygiene requirements in the food industry.
  • Structured, self-driven and motivated by creating results.
  • Good at communicating and understanding customer needs.
  • Enjoy taking initiative and working independently but also functions well as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written) as well as good English skills.
  • A valid driver’s license, willingness and possibility to travel for work.
