我们正在寻找一位具备数字化产品管理与项目推动能力的专业人才，负责公司核心数字化平台- FS 365及部分IoT解决方案的持续迭代与运营。

该岗位将深入业务与客户场景，识别数字化需求，协调内部及外部资源推动产品开发与落地，同时参与客户沟通与销售支持，促进数字化解决方案的规模化应用与商业价值转化。

主要职责

1. 数字化产品运营与迭代（核心）

• 深入客户场景，与销售/服务团队协同，识别数字化需求及痛点，将业务需求转化为清晰的产品需求文档（PRD）
• 协调内部IT团队或外部供应商，推动功能开发与交付
• 跟进项目进度、质量及风险，确保按时上线，参与测试（UAT）、问题排查及上线验收

2. 销售支持与价值传递

• 参与重点客户会议，支持销售推广数字化产品，能够清晰表达产品价值（效率提升、数据可视、客户体验等），
• 协助制定数字化解决方案材料（如Demo、方案、案例）
• 提供一线使用支持，收集反馈并持续优化

基本要求

• 本科及以上学历（计算机、信息系统、工程或相关专业优先）
• 5年以上工作经验，具备数字化产品或项目经验
• 优秀的沟通表达能力（能对客户讲清价值、对技术讲清需求）
• 较强的业务理解能力，能快速理解业务流程与痛点
• 主动性强，有owner意识，能推动事情落地
