As a Junior Distribution Finance Analyst you own the respective data analysis and distributor compensation calculation in coordination with Ecolab sales divisions. Among your responsibilities will be data routine analysis and administrative tasks based on SOP and related documentation, as well as proposing process improvements.

What You Will Do:

  • Calculate basic Bill-back compensations based on relevant data
  • Resolve simple First Pass Yield errors
  • Resolve simple distributor complaints
  • Meet monthly SLAs and KPI requirements
  • Demonstrate basic understanding and knowledge of SAP Vistex software
  • Demonstrate basic understanding and importance of Bill-back processes and SOx controls, being able to support and resolve issues at team level
  • Act proactively at team level
  • Process all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility, including SOP/controls documentation
  • Suggest procedural changes to improve productivity
  • Communicates effectively within multi-cultural environment in order to resolve arising issues

What You Will Need:

  • Vey good Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook software
  • Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
  • Good command of English in speaking and writing (B2), other European language is an asset
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
