What you will do:
1. 根据公司的策略及市场动向、产品计划及客户的发展计划,制定客户销售计划,通过新业务拓展和既有业务维护,完成销售目标
2.主要面对华南地区的OEM厂商,如咖啡机、制冰机、自动出茶机、蒸烤箱等商用/家用设备厂商
3. 维护并加强与客户关键决策人及利益相关方的紧密客户关系
4. 开发连锁快餐及便利店新客户,实现快速销售增长,维护现有客户,保持良好的客户关系,不断发掘新的客户需求;
5. 根据客户需求和市场变化,向客户提供有效地产品和服务,并能不断提出改进方法及建议;
6. 完成销售数据库的建立,分析,并及时反馈沟通。
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 成熟的销售,有OEM厂家经验 销售经验;有大客户管理经验优先
2. 优秀的谈判沟通技巧、数据分析能力和工作汇报呈现能力
3. 熟悉市场行情趋势
4. 执行能力强
5. 能够接受长期出差工作,拥有良好的独立工作能力及抗压能力
