Ecolab is seeking an Enterprise Excellence Leader based in Buenos Aires (Argentina), Bogotá (Colombia) or Perú (Lima)

About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to drive Enterprise Excellence across Latin America South, Central & Caribbean (LASC). In this role, you will lead business transformation initiatives, accelerate growth, and improve operational efficiency through Lean methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the region.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Enterprise Excellence strategy across LASC
• Drive Lean / Operational Excellence transformation
• Manage high-impact regional programs and projects
• Accelerate growth and improve productivity
• Partner with senior leaders to identify opportunities
• Implement governance, KPIs and performance tracking
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Projects This Role Would Lead

• Lean transformation and productivity initiatives
• Enterprise Excellence governance and KPI deployment
• Cross-functional process improvement programs
• Capability building and best-practice standardization
• Digital enablement, dashboards, and automation projects

What We’re Looking For

• +4 years in transformation, consulting, or operational excellence
• Strong Lean / Continuous Improvement background
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
• Experience with DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, RCA, and 5S
• Experience with governance, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Power BI, automation, or digital tools experience is a plus
• Advanced English and strong communication skills

• Change management and capability building experience
