Right now, we are looking for Associate Regulatory Specialist in the Regulatory Affairs Department.

The role will be responsible for assuring compliance within the scope of Hazard Communication team, which includes Safety Data Sheet Authoring, Poison Centre Control registration. You will support all Europe region and maintain master data for use on labels and other documents outputs from SAP system.

This is a fix-term contract for 18 months (maternity cover).

What You will Do:

  • Work with European and local regulations related to Hazard Communication .
  • Independently prepare Safety Data Sheets.
  • Operate in SAP system.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Research & Development and Regulatory Affairs teams to prioritize activities.

What will You Need:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, biological sciences, biotechnology, food technology, environmental science, or a related field
  • Fluency in English.
  • Familiarity with EU chemical regulations (CLP, REACH).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach, collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with AI tools are considered assets.
  • Good data management skills, including attention to details.
