We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager (f/m/d) to lead and grow our business across the UK. This role requires strong financial acumen, a long-term strategic mindset, ability to lead and inspire a high performing team and the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders across a diverse internal and external network.
What you will do:
Take full ownership of the country’s performance, including sales growth, margin management, forecasting, and adherence to team admin requirements
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to drive sustainable business growth
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team by overseeing hiring, coaching, and continuous professional development
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and commercial success within the region
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating business strategies and influencing decision-making
Requirements:
Strong financial and commercial acumen with a proven track record of commercial success
Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management, through effective coaching and feedback
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and operational execution
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
High level of adaptability and awareness of organizational dynamics
