You will play a critical role in driving procurement excellence across Domestic Transportation, Customs & Clearance, and Cross-Border Logistics categories while collaborating closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Global Procurement teams.

What Will You Do

* Develop and execute regional procurement strategies that deliver sustainable cost savings and support Supply Chain strategic priorities.
* Manage procurement activities across Domestic Transportation, Customs & Clearance, Cross-Border Logistics, Warehousing, and related logistics categories.
* Identify, prioritize, and deliver structural savings opportunities across transportation and warehousing spend.
* Lead regional sourcing events, including RFQs, RFPs, e-auctions, supplier negotiations, and contract implementation.
* Build and maintain market intelligence dashboards and cost-tracking tools to anticipate market movements and support proactive decision-making.
* Represent IMEA Procurement in global logistics procurement forums, regional supply chain meetings, and cross-functional leadership discussions.
* Partner with Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to implement procurement strategies and drive compliance.
* Lead negotiations with regional logistics providers and manage key supplier relationships.
* Collaborate with Global Logistics Procurement teams to align regional initiatives with global procurement strategies.
* Manage, coach, and develop a team of six Indirect Procurement Leads across the region.
* Drive supplier performance, risk management, service improvements, and continuous optimization initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 8+ years of progressive procurement experience, including strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
* Proven experience managing transportation, logistics, warehousing, customs, or supply chain-related categories.
* Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings and procurement value creation.
* Experience leading regional or multi-country procurement initiatives.
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
* Experience managing procurement projects from strategy development through execution and implementation.
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and spend data.
* Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
* Experience leading and developing teams.
