We are seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to support the sales and operations planning process. In this position, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end supply planning activities including production scheduling, to ensure product availability, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency across the supply chain. This role oversees planning execution, manages supply risks, and drives alignment between demand, production, procurement, and logistics teams to support business objectives and customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supply planning processes to ensure timely and accurate product replenishment and availability.
  • Develop and manage short-term and long-term supply plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities.
  • Monitor inventory performance to achieve optimal stock levels while minimizing excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth supply execution.
  • Identify supply risks, capacity constraints, and material shortages, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
  • Lead supply review meetings and support the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and report key KPIs such as service level, inventory health, forecast accuracy, OTIF, and fill rate.
  • Ensure planning master data accuracy including lead time, MOQ, safety stock, and planning parameters.
  • Coach and guide planning team members to improve capability, performance, and collaboration.
  • Drive process standardization and system optimization within supply planning operations.
  • Partner with regional/global stakeholders to align supply strategies and operational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Previous experience leading a team or managing cross-functional projects is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, IBP, APO, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and inventory management processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

  • Leadership and team management capability.
  • Strong business acumen and operational mindset.
  • High sense of urgency and proactive approach in issue escalation and resolution.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of S&OP and supply chain planning best practices.
