Sr Business Process Analyst

We are looking for an experienced iScala ERP Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and optimizing our Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing processes. In this position, you will act as a bridge between business and technology, providing functional expertise, driving system improvements, and ensuring successful ERP implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong end-to-end process knowledge and a collaborative mindset, who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional support and configuration guidance across core iScala Finance, Logistics and Manufacturing modules.
Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and translate needs into practical ERP solutions.
Support system implementations, testing, data validation, and go-live activities.
Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and regional stakeholders to drive process standardization and continuous improvement.
Prepare documentation, training materials, and user guidance as needed.
Required Qualifications
Around 10 years of experience working with iScala ERP in Finance and Logistics environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including GL, AP, AR, purchasing, sales, inventory and Manufacturing Module.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, user acceptance activities, and process improvements.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
Experience in multinational or template-driven ERP environments is an advantage.
Exposure to related ERP platforms or reporting tools is beneficial.
