Corporate Account Manager

The role:
We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Account Manager to drive growth within our Institutional division. This role is responsible for managing, developing, and expanding relationships across key national and multi-site clients.
You will partner with large organisations to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that support operational performance, compliance, sustainability, and customer experience within institutional environments.
With a strong focus on strategic account growth, you will identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships, and position our solutions as critical to client success.
What you will do:
- Manage, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with national and multi-site institutional clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (e.g. healthcare, hospitality, education, facilities management)
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and deliver tailored solutions
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and contract expansion within existing accounts
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless execution and high-quality client outcomes
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic approach
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing and growing corporate or institutional accounts
- Strong track record in business development within large or multi-site organisations
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Commercial acumen with a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach
- Strong strategic thinking and account planning capabilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly organised
