Ecolab has an opening for a Procurement Manager - Global Equipment Platform Owner. For the appointed business divisions, you are responsible for supporting new product developments and launches, supporting major business rollouts, identifying cost opportunities based on that division’s equipment platforms and feeding those opportunities to relevant category leaders, aligning sourcing activities to business strategies, ultimately delivering procurement value while enabling business growth.
What You Will Do:
Full ownership in supporting new equipment launches or rollouts.
Closely collaborate with divisional stakeholders, business leaders and RD&E leaders to fulfill business needs in growth and new launches.
With good understanding of business strategies and growth areas, call out cost opportunities of given platforms and feed them to Category leaders.
Support global strategic initiatives to drive continuous improvement in division’s equipment offerings.
Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution of projects and drive positive result against key business priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage business expectations and support growth.
Engage with the RD&E and Procurement Business Partner teams to drive portfolio optimization and consolidation.
Align sourcing strategy with divisional goals, ensure successful execution and smooth transition for the division.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines relating to the chemical category.
Be a safety and ethical champion (Lead by Example).
Drive accountability and P&L Impact to achieve OGSM / business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
6 years of cross functional experience with knowledge and understanding of procurement processes
Demonstrated history of leadership, teamwork, and project management skills
Demonstrated professionalism and strong presence in interactions with others
Ability to travel up to 30% domestically
Hybrid work model - in the office 3 days per week and the ability to work remotely 2 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience balancing competing priorities of Senior VPs/General Managers/C-suite stakeholders
Previous professional experience in a global (Fortune 500 or similar) multi-national company with operations in all major world markets and regions
Strategic thinking and business-oriented leader who has demonstrated the ability to understand the goals of a global business and to identify and execute on company-wide opportunities
