Ecolab is searching for a driven Data Analyst for our Enterprise Growth Operations Team in Pune, India.
The Data Analyst is a key member of Ecolab’s Enterprise Growth Operations team, supporting global enterprise accounts through data-driven insights and analytical support. In this role, you will be the data scientist for the business—helping turn complex data into actionable insights that improve visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and execution effectiveness. By partnering closely with global stakeholders, the Data Analyst helps identify opportunities to accelerate sales velocity, improve decision-making, and drive measurable business impact across the enterprise.

What You Will Do:
- Support the Enterprise Growth Enablement and Enterprise Solutions teams by delivering analytics and insights that directly improve Sales Velocity:
- Increase qualified opportunities
- Enable larger deal value
- Improve win rates
- Reduce sales cycle time
- Analyze sales pipeline, deal progression, win/loss performance, and cycle times to identify trends, patterns, and potential drivers of business performance
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reporting related to pipeline health, deal size, conversion rates, and time-in-stage metrics
- Partner with the Growth Enablement Manager and Enterprise Solutions account teams to be the data scientist translating business needs into helpful analytics and insights to influence business decisions
- Assist in tracking and reporting key growth metrics such as pipeline value, Total Value Delivered (TVD), and revenue impact
- Document business use cases, data definitions, and reporting logic to ensure repeatability and governance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements
- Validate analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of insights
- Perform structured data validation and reconciliation across CRM sources and reporting outputs to ensure consistency of key metrics (pipeline, revenue)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence, Sales Analyst, or Data Analyst role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently on structured and unstructured data
- Experience with Excel and data analysis tools; exposure to BI or analytics platforms is preferred
- Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, or revenue operations concepts
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to global stakeholders across time zones
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, offshore delivery model
- Working understanding of data flow across source systems, transformation layers, and reporting tools
