We are looking for a dedicated and forward thinking leader to work with our great team in our Monchengladbach fulfillment center!
Part of our Isolation Valves (ISV) business unit, the site collaborates with numerous Emerson teams across Europe to assemble and prepare our own solutions for delivery to our customers. This role will have full responsibility of the site (including full Cost Control, Profit and Loss responsibility shared with other parts of the matrix organization), with a key emphasis on respecting safety and quality standards, continuous improvement and maintaining a culture that reflects Emerson's values and expectations. In This Role your responsibilities will be:
- Build and Drive site strategy and a culture of continues improvement.
- Establish processes and practices for success, based on quality, safety, on-time delivery, flexibility and communication at world class levels.
- Hold responsibility for the site, with a specific focus on Cost Control.
- Handle operational responsibility including: Inventory Management, Assembly, Logistics and Packing, Supply Chain management, Engineering (Part and Bill of materials creation, Valve operating system Design);
- Support country sales teams with required lead-time and material availability.
- Provide site leadership in culture, performance and talent management
- Ensure all Legal and Trade compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate the implementation, communication and review of the performance indicators and targets.
- Ensure timely completion of all required reports and business reviews, communicating observed risks quickly.
- Supervise and promote effective Health, Safety and Environmental programs and practices, ensuring that high standards are established and met and general root causes to safety and quality problems are identified and addressed optimally.
- Provide direction and oversight to 3rd party resources as needed (i.e.: visitor card, compliance with behavioral and safety rules, application of prevention and protection measures etc).
- Work closely with the wider Emerson organization including: ISV Global Operations Leadership, ISV European Leadership, Emerson Country Sales Organisations and the company's centralized services (back office, legal, Trade Compliance, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and HR) to achieve these targets.

You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Leadership and Operations experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, formed through experience in collaborating effectively across functions and levels.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and market dynamic
- Financial savvy, with the ability to ensure effective cost control.
- Fluent English skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration;
- German skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges;
