We are looking for a Change Management Analyst responsible for managing and implementing change. The project consists of the implementation of Oracle EPM, improving Finance Planning and Analysts process. The role will be critical in helping the organizations adapt to the new processes and technology, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and contribute to the overall success of the business.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the change impact dashboards and mitigation plan
- Support Monthly communication and any additional communications as needed
- Support superuser community and development of communication material for that community.
- Support PMO requirements regarding Change Management updates
- Support Training Strategy and Plan
You prepare content for communication that is impactful. You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive.
You keep a strong bottom-line orientation. You act with a clear sense of ownership.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational development, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of confirmed experience in change management on a technical global project
- Advanced English skills
- Certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) and Oracle EPM is highly desirable.
