Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for invoicing all direct shipped orders from ISV and other manufacturing sites according to each order's Incoterms. You will ensure all shipping documents are collected and reviewed before invoicing and work closely with the ISV Global Logistics team to provide status updates and information on all shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely and Accurate Invoicing: Ensure prompt and detailed invoicing of all direct shipments.

Documentation Collection: Bring together all vital shipping documentation from factories as required by Emerson revenue and recognition processes.

Maintain clear and accurate communication with various collaborators.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with factories to acquire packing lists and shipping documents for all drop-ship orders.

Review shipping documents against ISV North America purchase orders and close appropriate lines and quantities in Oracle.

Ensure all vital documentation is uploaded to WCC.

Update Oracle with tracking numbers and shipment statuses.

Confirm the collection of all shipments from Emerson factories/suppliers and invoice in line with Incoterms.

Resolve shipping and traceability questions by working with multiple team members.

Review shipments POR to ensure alignment with North America POR targets for orders shipping from manufacturing plants.

Coordinate customs invoices for CA/LATAM ocean shipments.

Analyze multiple shipping reports to ensure accurate receiving and revenue recognition results.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in operations or data analysis.

Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain.

Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.

Self-motivated, productive, and capable of ensuring task completion.

Strong time management skills and efficiency in carrying out tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Experience using Oracle applications is highly preferred.
