Job Summary:

If you are an Oracle Manufacturing Professional and looking for a Career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! Senior Business Analyst in Oracle Manufacturing will lead and implement Oracle Implementations for Emerson Business units.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work closely with Business to gather requirements, map them in Oracle Apps, manage gaps, and effectively communicate functional details to end-users.
  • Implement Oracle Configurations/setups for R12 E-Business Suite: functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces for Manufacturing Modules
  • Develop training material and application documentation as required.
  • Management of user training and educating business users on Oracle Processes
  • Provide post-go-live support for the configuration and application of multiple functional modules
  • Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution.
  • Work with Global distributed teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficient experience spanning 15-18 years in Oracle ERP, minimum 10 + years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite in a Global Manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Implementation/ Support experience with a detailed understanding of Oracle Applications Manufacturing modules in Release 12
  • Experience expertise in WIP, BOM, Inventory, Engineering, Quality, Advanced Product Catalogue (APC), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Costing, Planning (MRP), e-Kanban, PJM
  • Validated history of successful Implementations and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills to articulate Business scenarios to Oracle EBS functionalities.
  • Solid experience in Functional requirement Specification creation to design custom solutions.
  • Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering
  • Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.
  • Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.
  • Able to lead and schedule multiple priorities and meet landmarks.
  • Ability to multi-task and context-switch between different activities and teams.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or an equivalent Experience
  • Oracle certifications if any will be added qualifications.
  • PMP certification or any Project Management Certification
  • ASCP knowledge will be an added advantage.
