In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To check for the completeness of commercial requirements for Tier 0 orders, and enter data, orders, and items into the Business System.
• To generate purchase requisitions or orders and send customer order acknowledgement.
• To coordinate with factory personnel and reps, inside sales, and customer support teams to monitor the status of RFQs, orders, buyouts, shipment holds, shipment status, and inspections.
• To request credit notes for product returns, incorrect billing or charges, or data entry errors.
• To verify the completeness of credit and RMA requirements prior to the entry and booking of credits, billings, and RMAs in business systems.
• To enter quote details, recommended product model codes, and miscellaneous items (documents and services) in the system.
• To assess the customer's commercial request or requirement and apply it to the proposal if possible (terms and conditions, delivery method, etc.).

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, or related courses.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
