Job Description

You will be responsible to follow the entire order management process into the production plant for SPARE PARTS, from quotation phase to shipment finalization. This person is accountable for the correct order entry of the assigned projects as well for the on-time delivery, according to customer requirements.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To support sales in analyzing customer requests and challenge the requests on execution lead time, including sub-suppliers, operations and shipping requirements.
  • Analyze the final quote according to customer request and receive internal PO, closing the gaps before order entry into plant IT system.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure timely release of the BOM.
  • Perform plant internal procedures to ensure all the functions are aligned on project requirements, timing and execution strategies.
  • Manage customer Change Orders: calculate cost/time impact for the requested modification, set the TP (Transfer Pricing) according to company rules based on calculated costs.
  • Supervise the plant internal execution of the project, proactively manages risks and potential delays
  • Provide regular progress on the managed orders.
  • Pro-actively manage order shipments according to the sales target.
  • Integrate resolution of backlog to ensure delivery of past-due orders.
  • Identify risks associated with project execution (e.g. difficult to plan ahead when sub-contracting) and undertake mitigation/recovery actions in discussion with Inbound and Kitting Materials Planner.
  • Find opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Around 2-3 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in project management or other relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
  • Proficient in English & French
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel) and preferably ERP system
