Job Summary
We are seeking a Workshop Supervisor who will work on production management, including person PMP, Production planning and arrangement, and Lean production. This role requires rich working experience in team management and lean concept, also need to have good communication and coordination skills.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- According to the master production plan issued by the planner, reasonably allocate workshop resources to refine production scheduling and implement it to ensure that production tasks are completed as required
- Regularly check and report on the completion of workshop production tasks, analyze the input-output efficiency of production resources, solve abnormalities and continuously improve
- Implement 6S management on the workshop site as required, and continue to maintain standardization and high standards
- Manage the workshop production team, reasonably and legally arrange employee vacations and overtime, and comprehensively assess employee attendance and work performance results as required
- Cultivate and guide development team members to improve their skills and performance, and promote cross-training to develop multi-skilled workers and skill assessment and evaluation as planned
- Participate in the improvement of production process, promote lean production, eliminate waste, reduce man-machine hours, and improve production efficiency
- Promote the improvement of CNC machine tool OEE and support workshop digital improvement projects
- Support the development of new products and localized line transfer projects, and support tooling self-production
- Lead the full process management of tooling, cutting tools, tools, and measuring tools belonging to the workshop, and promote the implementation of daily TPM management of machining equipment
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of the company's ESH rules and regulations in the workshop production team, organize routine training, daily inspections and timely corrections
- Responsible for the implementation and continuous compliance of the company's product production quality standards and process fields in the workshop, and continuously improve to improve quality standards based on quality reports, inspection results or feedback
- Support and agree with other departments in related work
- Ensure that workshop processes and operations meet the requirements of quality, environment, safety and occupational health management systems ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001;
- Other related work that can be reasonably arranged

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Mechanical or related major, college degree or above
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 management system, enterprise safety management requirements, enterprise occupational health management requirements, more than three years of relevant work experience, experience in lean improvement is preferred.
- Good reporting, communication and organizational coordination skills.
- Possess certain English reading and writing skills and EXCEL data processing skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 management system, enterprise safety management requirements, enterprise occupational health management requirements, more than three years of relevant work experience, experience in lean improvement is preferred.
