As a Customer Care & Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and customer orders. Your responsibilities will include managing project orders, overseeing shipments, tracking project economics, and handling daily customer care tasks.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Responsible for: planning, managing, coordinating, and reporting on various projects.
  • Ensure client requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SpC) for your assigned projects.
  • Adhere to project procedures throughout execution and report any non-conformities.
  • Manage project claims and change orders.
  • Responsible for: preparing and managing project documentation according to contractual agreements.
  • Oversee technical documentation for non-project orders related to key accounts.
  • Responsible for submitting reoccurring status reports to key accounts.
  • Periodic financial forecasting and reporting of non-project orders.
  • Facilitate reoccurring status update meetings with Emerson plants.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Proficient in Norwegian (mandatory).
  • Ability to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks.
  • Clear communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
