In this capacity, you will ensure and maintain a high level of customer service by accurately processing purchase orders and handling inquiries through phone and email. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To provide customers with information regarding products.
  • To educate, promote, or sell products to customers to help meet their needs; suggest support literature, videos, and other marketing tools according to the company’s established programs and marketing initiatives.
  • To process orders received by telephone, fax, and email.
  • To assist customers in tracking shipments and determining their status.
  • To process and authorize returns.
  • To partner with customers to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
  • To effectively identify and evaluate alternative solutions to customer concerns before making decisions in a timely manner.

You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving, and you can respond quickly to changing support demands. You can proficiently communicate ideas, tackle challenging calls, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • College undergraduates with relevant work experience and fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
