The Customer Success Renewal Specialist part of the Customer Success Center Of Excellence plays a key role in running a Customer portfolio renewal end-to-end engagement from the offering, the ordering to the invoicing.
The renewal specialist ensures high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle, ensures a high level of data accuracy, and partners with all internal stakeholders involved in the renewal process & pricing to provide a seamless customer successful interaction.
Success in this role requires a high level of organization and coordination with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Sales channels, Administration, Legal, Accounting, and others!
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Manage the renewal experience in close partnership with assigned Customer Success Manager and Account Manager to provide a seamless customer experience and to drive Renewal Rate
- Retain and increase subscription revenue in existing customer accounts by positioning multiyear contracts and price increases
- Migrate existing customers from our legacy solutions on to new packaging and pricing
- Proactively identify lengthier renewal scenarios and maintain high on-time renewal rate
- Maintain accurate and timely information within company CRM database to easily report renewal status & forecast on regular basis to organisation
- Ensure best solution is presented to the customers by consulting with sales team, providing renewal quotes, overcoming objections, preparing DOA & negotiation arguments, advising on options & incentives benefits and adjusting proposal as required
- Ensure order and invoice reviews with sales, administration and finance teams
- Oversee and respond to internal & external stakeholders questions around renewal engagement
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support and sales teams, as well as customer install based
- Continuously iterate and provide feedback on the renewal experience.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- University degree
- English language - Advanced Level
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Preferred experience in commercial and sales support activities or in the process automation field for various industries
- Willingness to travel mainly for shorter periods (up to 10%) as required
