Job Summary:

If you are a process instrumentation professional and looking for career opportunity, Emerson has an exciting offer to you! The Business Development Manager- Process Level will be responsible for process level business in India. He has to drive profitable growth of process level product with help of regional sales team.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Business growth of Process Level product and achieve annual budget.
  • Devise product growth & profitability strategies and implement through regional sales team.
  • Data analysis, White Space for various industries, products and ‘Kind of Businesses’ Prepare and implementing marketing plan.
  • Drive level business growth with help of regional sales team to ensure profitable growth of product.
  • Handle technical queries and send out technical communications to sales team.
  • Work closely with Asia Pacific product manager and report on for product line performance
  • Drive initiatives with collaboration of multiple stake holders. (Factory, Service, Proposals and Sales)
  • Lead product business development and project pursuit & support initiatives.
  • Do financial reporting India and AP Finance
  • To maintain order booking management and monthly dashboard.
  • Organise various internal trainings for proposals and Sales, Customer Connect events, Road shows, Webinars and marketing related activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Minimum 10-12 years of proven experience in the product sales or marketing or product management.
  • Solid understanding software like MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Travel across country for product presentation and marketing.
  • Drive integrated marketing plan of Level product.
  • Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Degree / Diploma or equivalent in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering,
  • Master’s in business administration will be added advantage.
