As an HR Partner, you will play a vital role for the departments you support and for the operations within HR.

You will be responsible for handling recruitments, administrative support in general, presentations, policies and on top you will get your own areas of responsibilities, among others HR Systems, Master data and Tools.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Be the HR partner for dedicated departments
• Align with laws, overall agreements, and local policies
• Leading recruitment processes
• Leading and participating in various HR projects while collaborating closely with Global Emerson Communities.
• Administrative tasks within HR and system updates, tools and data collection
• Onboarding/ Offboarding
• Data handling and presentation support for different departments or management
• New policies/ updating of existing policies
• Be an active player within the HR team

You are a dedicated HR professional focusing on the needs of the organization and the customers you support.

You adapt your communication style and content to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and you create a safe and inclusive environment by encouraging the expression of diverse perspectives and by utilizing your listening skills. As a partner and an active player within the HR team, you play a key role in building, nurturing, and sustaining profitable, long-term relationships with employees, leaders, and other key stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Human resources relevant education or equivalent experience in an HR function for at least 5 years.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience with HR and strong in administration.
• Strong skills in HR business Tools (BI Tools), Systems, Excel and PowerPoint
• Danish and English proficiency - written and verbal. Must be fluent in Danish
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Solid HR experience in general
• Knowledge within data handling and data crunching to support the business
