Associate Project Engineer

• Prepare quotations in response to customer inquiries, in accordance with controlled prices, discounts, terms and conditions and sales policies and procedures. Responsible for detailing the sales process in the CRM and Oracle system;
• Coordinating the tasks required to complete a quote between different departments;
• Prepare quote cost calculations and request price approval;
• Technically check the order to ensure that it aligns with the technical and commercial solution quoted;
• Responsible for crafting handover packages to Operation for all won quotes;
• Assist other departments in resolving problems related to quotes and orders;
  

You efficiently communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels! You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive! You build partnership allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives!

• Bachelor’s or Master's in engineering or technical field;
• 1+ year of experience in a similar engineering role;
• Excellent oral and written English language skills;
• Good PC skills and good knowledge of MS Office applications;
• Willingness to travel outside of Romania for training purposes in Norway when needed.

• Relevant experience with the Emerson Roxar portfolio and processes may compensate for engineering background
