Supply Chain Koordinátor

As the Supply Chain Coordinator you will be responsible for guiding the overall function of the local supply chain, demonstrating administrative, decision making skills to ensure seamless and effective operations. As a key point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders outside and inside of the department. We look forward to seeing your application!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Leading projects and events aimed at employee engagement and retention (e.g. community, DEI, innovation, etc.)
• Ensures onboarding/orientation of local new hires
• Supports recruitment efforts in collaboration with the recruitment team
• Supports management in the implementation of Talent Management
• Understands site capabilities and supports L&D initiatives
• Maintains communication with relevant departments (e.g. area managers, finance, facilities management)
• Supports office strategy (e.g. relocations, renovations)
• Manages services and contracts in collaboration with Procurement and Global I&O
• Maintains site performance indicators
• Coordinates internal communication
• Plans business continuity strategies
• Leads projects aligned with the strategic goals of the organizational unit
