Job Description
- Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical/electrical equipment on production lines to ensure continuous and stable operation.
- Execute preventive maintenance plans, record equipment performance data, and analyze potential risks.
- Assist engineers in equipment modifications, debugging, and new equipment installation/acceptance.
- Conduct components replacements or circuit repairs based on mechanical drawings or simple electrical schematics (e.g., PLC wiring diagrams).
- Prepare maintenance reports, spare parts lists, and organize technical documentation (including basic interpretation of English equipment manuals).
- Strictly adhere to safety operating procedures and participate in on-site 5S management and operator training.
- Complete additional duties assigned by leadership.
- Comply with the ESH laws and regulations and internal ESH rules/instructions, actively participate in safety trainings, identify and take improvement actions to reduce or eliminate the risk/ hazard.
You keep a strong bottom-line orientation, persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks, maintain a track record of exceeding goals optimally, push yourself and help others achieve results.
- Minimum 2 years of equipment maintenance experience in a factory environment;
- proficiency with common tools (e.g., multimeters).
- Technical Drawing Literacy: Ability to independently interpret mechanical assembly drawings and electrical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and excellent team collaboration.
- Preferred: Electrician Certificate, experience in automated production line maintenance.
- Vocational diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- English Proficiency: Capable of understanding equipment terminology (e.g., operation interfaces, safety labels) with the aid of reference materials.
