Job Description
- Demand/Lead Management
- Support the sales & marketing handshakes through the Regional Lead Councils and identify and effectively drive continuous improvement initiatives (CI) to improve business impact through the leads process with Sales & Marketing Stakeholders.
- Contribute to the effective execution of Demand to Sales processes (such as lead routing, lead scoring, prospecting, demand forecasting vs. capacity), partnership with Digital & Marketing Teams on new demand elevation and close alignment with Direct and Channel Sales on Sales Qualification Processes.
- Drive the marketing lead results assessment process, ensure insight to gaps and make sure reports and actionable (eg. drive course correction plans)
- Proactively monitor marketing lead performance against targets and identify red flags for further review in close collaboration with BIA, Field Marketing and Sales
- Provide analytics to enable data-driven decision making and improve Marketing return on investment
- Be the customer concern point for any process issues and gaps
- Represent the Lead Process in Global Forums, providing recommendations for global process and technology changes, as well as driving adherence to global processes across sales channels and regions.
- BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Business, Marketing or Sales is preferred
- 2-8 Years of experience in Operations, Marketing and/or Sales Roles. Experience in supporting lead management processes or marketing analytics is a strong advantage.
- Working knowledge with Salesforce is important Pardot & Tableau is important
- Demonstrated ability to project-manage, organize, administer, plan and implement. Reputation for ‘getting things done’.
- Ability to understand high-level strategies and business goals, and translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure execution and business impact.
- Analytical ability to derive business objectives, goals, measures and actionable recommendations from data.
