Warehouse Coordinator

• Daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, to ensure efficiency, safety, and accuracy.
• Working with direct customer and internal sales to identify and improve critical direct orders that constrain business growth and negatively impact competitiveness.
• Working with Local Vendor, Machining Center and GSC to collect necessary inputs to use as part forecast review to improve direct order OTD.
• Working with finance folks to capture data, compare records, identify discrepancies, investigate & resolve the root causes of any discrepancies.
• Working with compliance officer conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with regulations, and investigating violations.
• Supporting materials strategies for raw materials through finished goods to optimize direct order fulfillment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability in logistics, transportation, or warehouse management.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing operations processes.
• Experience using Oracle, Trax, JDE for Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
• CET 4 or above.

• Skilled use of Power BI, Power Query, Access.
