Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinating and streamlining the processes for the full employee life cycle including recruiting, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies that align with business needs and ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.
- Provide guidance to Hiring Managers and HR Partners on hiring best practices, market trends, talent insights, and opportunities for process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate logistics from sourcing to on-site interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Own scheduling logistics, including calendar alignment, interview confirmations, and in-office candidate experiences (e.g., room bookings).
- Use Oracle Recruit Cloud to maintain accurate candidate records and manage the hiring process efficiently.
- Planning and facilitating new employee orientation training on HR, benefits, ethics, policies, and procedures of the organization.
- Assisting in the coordination of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and inclusion initiatives to improve employee relations and build morale within our organization.
- Collecting, compiling and analyzing statistical data needed to track critical metrics and prepare reports.
- Support HR and Talent management related project, including people data analysis and reports
Who You Are:
- Ability to drive HR processes and deliver quality HR services in a fast paced, dynamic and matrix environment
- Superior communication skills with excellent interpersonal, counseling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good work ethics, strong partnership skills, and problem solving
For This Role, You Will Need:
- 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience, preferred
- Experience with an Oracle, preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a data-driven approach to reporting and analytics.
- Professional communication skills with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Autonomous worker with high transparency and proactive communication style.
- Strong action with the ability to work in a fast-paced, engineering-minded culture.
