Introducing a great opportunity for a Recruiter to join Emerson, a global leader in automation software and technology. We partner with customers in essential industries like energy, chemical, power and renewables, life sciences and factory automation to help them operate more sustainably and safely along with improving productivity, energy security and reliability.

With a focus on sourcing, attracting and selecting great talents, this role is essential to the future success and growth of our DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) organization. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, as well as partnering with Human Resources team, will be an important part of day-to-day activities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, using labor market insights and competitive intelligence.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Use internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and any other HR tools to enhance processes, track metrics, and improve efficiency.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and external contacts to ensure effective recruitment and a positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide training on recruitment processes and systems and participate in vendor selection and management when needed.

  • Represent the company at job fairs and other Employer Branding events.

  • Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business need.

  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies and handle compliance processes across recruitment activities.

You are a proactive self-starter with a high level of commitment in exceeding expectations. You have a strong drive for results and can take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and are ready to take actions also without the total picture. You are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems. You are flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail. You can effectively communicate ideas and are able to collaborate and successfully work with people across any level, function, culture and geography.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficient English and German language skills (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience recruiting for large industrial environments

  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of employment equity, employment law, and recruiting strategies

  • Proven experience in effectively managing multiple recruitment processes and prioritizing accordingly
