Parts Engineer

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Respond to sales enquiries from customers received by phone, internet, or e-mail. Qualifying all enquiries to ensure that we offer best solutions to customers, ensure export compliance, and maximize opportunities for parts divisions.

• Understand part status and technical specification, maintain and activate items as necessary.
• Selecting appropriate supplier as per supply chain strategy, request quotations and set up parts lead time.
• Calculate, maintain List Price of spare parts, using global pricing methodology.
• Handling daily backlog, communicate with other departments, publishing data in business systems.
• Supporting parts Item setup, QuickShip and installed base data management.
• Reporting and developments
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction.
• Work systematically and professionally in a well-documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• University or College Engineering/Technical related degree
• Confident written and oral English
• Social/communication skills

• Fisher product knowledge
• Systems knowledge of ERP systems
