This exciting opportunity is ideal for professionals ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and contribute to innovative sensing solutions. You will also be responsible for taking the lead in engaging stakeholders to tackle challenges and drive forward new initiatives.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Driving the Global Drawing Strategic Initiatives (RAPID)
Managing the workload for Modelling support group
Managing the World Area queries and issues on CAD Support
Establish team objectives aligned with global KPIs
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity
Track team performance metrics and address technical issues and support needs
Mentor and guide the team to achieve the objectives
Offer support to cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and efficiency
Ensuring the FDS Process is followed and maintain the documentation
Ensure engineers participate in relevant training and professional development programs
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve critical issues

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 10 years' experience in SolidWorks CAD
Experience with PLM Software preferably SolidWorks EPDM.
Experience with VB.Net and SQL is an added advantage
Good Knowledge in PDM Architecture.
SolidWorks Certification is an added advantage
Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Aeronautical/Production Engineering
Basic understanding of Engineering Standards
Experience with creating Models and assemblies.
Good Knowledge in MS Office
Knowledge of PDM Servers is an added advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
